ToolkitPlan Connect

These Terms cover ToolkitPlan Connect only — the WordPress plugin sold on this site. They do not apply to, and do not change, Ydesigners’ general Terms & Conditions, which continue to govern web design, development, and other agency work.

By creating an account, activating a licence, or installing ToolkitPlan Connect, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the plugin.

1. Definitions

  • Plugin — the ToolkitPlan Connect WordPress plugin, installed and run on your own site.
  • Licence — the key that activates a paid tier (Starter or Agency) of the Plugin on a given number of sites. The Free tier requires no licence.
  • Tier — Free, Starter or Agency, each unlocking a different set of AI providers and a different number of site activations.
  • Trial — a [tkp_trial_days]-day licence granted after phone verification, giving full Agency-tier access for a limited period.
  • Provider — a third-party AI service the Plugin can connect to (currently OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, Google Gemini).
  • Your key — the API key or credential you supply for a Provider, entered into and stored by the Plugin on your own site.
  • Output — the result a tool returns, including AI-generated text.

2. Eligibility and your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to hold a licence.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your licence, including keeping your login and your Provider keys secure.
  • Trial access requires phone verification. One trial per person — per email, phone number, and site domain. Attempts to obtain repeat trials through different details are a breach of these Terms.

3. How the licence works

  1. The Free tier requires no licence and unlocks OpenAI only, on one site.
  2. A paid licence unlocks the Providers and site-activation limit shown for that tier on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
  3. A licence activates against a specific site URL. Deactivating on one site frees the activation for another, up to your tier’s limit.
  4. If a licence lapses or isn’t renewed, the Plugin continues to run under Free-tier terms rather than stopping outright.
  5. We may revoke a licence obtained through fraud, chargeback, or repeated breach of these Terms.

4. Bring your own key — AI access is entirely yours

  • The Plugin does not include AI access on any tier. You must supply your own API key for each Provider you want to use.
  • Your key is stored on your own WordPress site’s database, never on ydesigners.com or toolkitplan.com.
  • When a tool runs, the request goes directly from your server to the Provider using your key. We are not a party to that exchange and have no visibility into its content.
  • You are solely responsible for your Provider account, its billing, and its own terms of service.

5. Billing

  • Checkout on this site is processed by Razorpay. Annual licences use Razorpay Subscriptions; lifetime licences are a one-time Razorpay payment.
  • Annual licences renew automatically each year until cancelled.
  • Lifetime licences are a single one-time payment, valid indefinitely.
  • Custom features, integrations or priority handling beyond a standard plan are available as separately quoted paid support.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Plugin to generate or distribute unlawful, defamatory, harassing or hateful content, sexual content involving minors, content promoting self-harm, malware or phishing content, or material infringing someone else’s rights. You also agree not to bypass licence checks, resell, redistribute, white-label, or bundle the Plugin into your own product or service, or share a licence beyond your tier’s site-activation limit — none of this is permitted without a separate reseller licence and our written permission. We are not responsible for any misuse, unethical use, or unlawful use of the Plugin or its Output — since the request runs directly from your server to your chosen Provider using your own key, you bear full responsibility for what’s generated and how it’s used.

7. Your Output

  • Whatever you type into a tool is sent, using your own key, directly to the Provider you selected. We never see, receive, or store it.
  • You own your Output, to the extent it is capable of being owned, subject to the Provider’s own terms.
  • You must verify Output before you rely on it. This is AI-generated work. It can be wrong, outdated, or misleading. You are responsible for checking it before you publish, send, or act on it.

8. Refunds

Every purchase is covered by a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund from the date of purchase. Full details are on the ToolkitPlan Connect Refund Policy page.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The Plugin and all Output are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss connected with your use of the Plugin or its Output, including AI provider costs — use with care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

10. Suspension and termination

We may revoke a licence for serious or repeated breach of these Terms — fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass licence checks — without refund beyond section 8. For lesser breaches, we’ll normally warn you first.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Plugin develops. The “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be emailed to registered users where practical.
