Build what should rank, instead of hiding what does
You can’t delete a bad review, and anyone promising to is selling something that doesn’t work. What you can do is collect more genuine feedback, respond properly, and own more of the results people see when they search your name.
What we do
Audit what’s actually there
What ranks for your brand name now, across search, maps and review platforms. Usually less dramatic than people fear.
Review generation
A repeatable way to ask satisfied customers at the right moment. Volume and recency do more than any individual review.
Response workflow
Monitoring, and a process for replying that doesn’t make things worse. A good reply to a bad review often reads better than no bad review.
Own more of page one
Profiles, listings and genuine content you control, so more of the first page is yours.
Brand search content
Pages that answer what people search alongside your name — pricing, reviews, alternatives, complaints.
Reporting defamation
Where something genuinely breaches a platform’s terms, we’ll help you report it through the proper channel.
What we won’t do
This field has a reputation problem of its own, so to be clear:
- No fake reviews. Platforms detect them, penalties apply to you, and it’s deceptive to the people reading them.
- No incentivised reviews where the incentive is hidden. Against most platform terms and, in many markets, against the law.
- No review gating — filtering so only happy customers get asked. Explicitly against Google’s policy.
- No suppression networks. Spinning up thin sites to push results down is a link scheme wearing a different hat.
- No promises to remove things. Nobody controls what a platform or publisher does.
What actually works
- Asking every satisfied customer, consistently, at the right moment
- Replying to criticism calmly and in public
- Fixing the thing people are complaining about
- Publishing genuinely useful content that ranks for your brand terms
- Keeping every profile you own accurate and current
It’s slower than what gets promised elsewhere, and it’s the only version that doesn’t collapse later.
Common questions
Can you remove a bad review?
Only the platform can, and only where it breaches their policy — fake, off-topic, or abusive. We’ll help you report those. A genuine negative review from a real customer stays, and the right answer is a good public reply.
Something negative ranks for our brand name.
The realistic approach is to rank more things you own above it, which takes months. Any faster promise involves tactics that make the problem worse.
Should we reply to every review?
To every negative one, yes — calmly, briefly, without arguing. People read replies more carefully than reviews. Positive ones benefit from a short thanks.
Is this a monthly retainer?
Only with a defined deliverable each month. The setup work — audit, workflow, profiles — is a fixed-fee project, and plenty of businesses run it themselves afterwards.
